• All Shipping within Domestic USA is Free (YES!)

• Most order production takes 4-5 business days (PLUS SHIPPING). Please expect longer timelines for custom and framed products. This can increase during busy seasons.

• Tracking is always provided to you the moment your order ships.

What is your processing and shipping time?

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In general, if you have not requested any changes or custom work, it takes 4-5 business days (PLUS SHIPPING). Custom orders can take 3-4 days longer.

Estimated shipping times
• Domestic 3-5 business days (We follow all Carrier shipping timeframes and are not responsible for carrier delays that may occur that are outside of our control.)

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the complexity of your custom order., seasonal holiday delays and more. These times vary during busy holiday seasons.

Please Note: In rare cases, unexpected events such extreme weather or natural disasters may delay FedEx, UPS or USPS. We appreciate your patience during these times, due to situation beyond our control.

What Shipping Method do you use?

We use different Shipping carriers. USPS, UPS, FedEx, GLS and DHL are the most frequently used companies.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes! We have customers all across the world. International Shipping Takes longer than domestic and it is hard to give an exact number of days.

Customs and Import taxes for International Buyers:
International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you offer Rush Shipping?

In many cases, we can speed up your order. Please contact us with any questions.

Cancellation and Discounts

From Dec 1- Dec 18 there is absolutely NO CANCELLATION allowed. We move very quickly with our orders during busy times, and cannot accept any cancellations or changes. During normal period, an order maybe canceled within 4 hours of placing an order. We do NOT accept cancellation after 4 hours since we start orders processes almost immediately after 4 hours (Proofs, and printing). 

What is your Return Policy?

Since we are an environmentally-conscious business, we do not hold inventory.
As of February 2024, we have implemented a new Return Policy.
As a small business, we need to charge a Re-Stocking fee of 20% of the order, and the shipping postage needs to be covered by the buyer. Please get in touch within 3 business days of receiving the order.

Please note, that the item returned should be in it's original packaging and also unused with no holes or damage to it. We recommend you take a picture of the product before shipping it out.
In the rare chance that the order arrives damaged
or if there was an error on our part, we will replace the item, free of charge of course.
We will require proof with photographs to see the damage. If there is an error on our part, we gladly refund or replace items for free.

Please note: We do not accept returns of personalized and custom products unless they arrived damaged or there was an error in the order.

What is your cancellation policy?

From Dec 1- Dec 18 there is absolutely NO CANCELLATION allowed. We move very quickly with our orders during busy times, and cannot accept any cancellations or changes. During normal period, an order maybe canceled within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours, we cannot cancel an order as it moves into the production cycle.

Where are your products designed and made?

All designs are original to our studio in Pennsylvania, USA and made 100% made in the USA by our select partners. 

Where do your products ship from?

We have partnered with a few boutique framers across the country to help us with our production needs. Your products may ship from any of these locations in the west or east coast. We are 100% USA based and all products are proudly made in the USA.

Holiday Deadline

Please order by Dec 9 to have your order shipped on time to reach by Christmas. Orders placed after December 9 may still reach but we cannot guarantee it.

Although we try our best to meet deadlines, shipping issues are not in our control. In case your package gets delayed in transit, we cannot be responsible for it. We do try our best to replace lost packages but delays due to shipping carriers, is not in our control.

We do look at each case and will work with you closely to monitor rare shipping issues. Please remember, we are on your side and really work with our customers to make sure you are happy.
