We do NOT send proofs, to avoid production delays. Please make sure to check all spellings of the names provided.
We will print them the way it is provided. The names will appear under the logo (See image for example).
No refunds or exchanges will be provided if there is an error in the names provided by the buyer. We always take care of errors if it is on our part.

- We will make the changes and start production!

- Once it ships, we will send you tracking.

- Custom Orders: Please note that custom orders are non-returnable. A preview of your custom item is sent to your inbox in 2-3 days, so we encourage you to review it carefully.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or if there was an error on our part, we will gladly replace it for free.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus the restocking fee) within 7 business days.
